Temporary adjustments to CELTA in response to Covid-19

To enable continued access to CELTA courses for candidates during the Covid-19 pandemic, we have made a number of changes:

Allowed authorised CELTA centres to deliver training online.
Allowed assessed teaching practice on the course to take place in an online teaching environment.

These changes are approved for courses starting up to 30 June 2021. We have now approved authorised CELTA centres to continue to offer courses in this way after the 30 June 2021 as a permanent option. Further details will be available here soon.
